Dr. Khee’s journey into healthcare began in 2003 when he moved to Melbourne, Australia, to pursue his tertiary education. He initially completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science degree, but soon realized that while he valued the rigour of scientific research, he sought a vocation that allowed him to help people in a more practical, hands-on way. This drive led him to the University of Melbourne, where he graduated with Honours in Dentistry in 2012.
Following graduation, Dr. Khee dedicated his early career to private practice in rural Victoria. Working in Wangaratta, a region where specialist care was often a three-hour drive away, he gained extensive experience treating patients from all walks of life. This challenging environment required him to master all facets of dentistry to serve his community effectively.
Uniquely, the region’s proximity to major wine districts presented a specific clinical challenge: tooth erosion and wear common among winemakers and enthusiasts. It was here that Dr. Khee developed a deep expertise in Full Mouth Rehabilitation and Aesthetic Dentistry, restoring both form and function to the highest standard for patients with complex wear.
