Dr. Elstan graduated from National University of Ireland – University College Cork in 2015 where he obtained Honours in Bachelor of Dental Surgery. In the same year, he attained certification from the National Dental Examination Board of Canada. He was also awarded the Irish Dental Council – Undergraduate Dental Prosthetic Award.

Following graduation, Dr Elstan spent a decade practising in a private group setting before co-founding Tetra Dental with Dr Khee and Dr Tong. He firmly believes that dentistry should be a comfortable and inclusive experience and that everyone deserves a confident healthy smile.
Dr. Elstan places strong emphasis on clear, open patient-clinician communication to ensure successful treatment outcomes. His practice philosophy is to deliver a comprehensive, well communicated care while minimising dental anxiety through a tailored, patient-centred approach.
Dr. Elstan takes great interest in aesthetic multidisciplinary dentistry. He is an accredited Invisalign provider, Osstem Implant provider, and completed further training from Practical Clinical Orthodontics, Digital Smile Design and Advanced Oral Implantology. He has also gone for further training in Gneuromuscular Dentistry (Occlusion Connections) and Kois Dentistry.
